(That's me on the far right, then little sister, and little bro)
Up until I was 29 years old I bit my nails, peeled my nails, and picked at my nails. At a time in my life where nothing was in my control I decided, "hey, if I stop messing with my nails I can grow them out and make them pretty. That's something I can control." With a heaping spoonful of determination and willpower I did just that.
After buying my 60th bottle of nail lacquer I realized I might have a problem. My family and friends poked fun at me for being "nail polish obsessed." I quickly realized it was not a problem that I had - it was a passion.
For me, painting my nails is an escape. It's exciting, a creative outlet, and an art that is completely my own. I truly have a deep passion for art and self-expression. My goal is to share that infatuation with anyone who feels the same way.
My professional background is, oddly enough, in the financial industry. I am extremely detail oriented and a true perfectionist. I promise to bring that same level of expertise to my line of nail products.
Who am I really? I am a daughter, a sister, and an aunt. I spend most of my time on the computer, playing video games, Netflix bingeing, and being with my family and friends. Family is the most important part of my life. My brother and sister are both my best friends, and my parents are my greatest role models. I have the most adorable, quirky, 2-year-old nephew who I have the pleasure of babysitting quite often.
The picture above was taken at my younger sister's wedding. Yes, I painted all of the bridesmaids nails and painted my sister's nails TEN minutes before photos. We waited until the last minute because she is incapable of keeping a mani looking nice for longer than one hour.
In a tiny nutshell, that's me.
I will be opening a SHOP for my nail polishes by the middle of June 2014, so stay tuned!
